At Archie McPhee, we want you to be delighted with your weird and wonderful treasures, but if your rubber chicken isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items, underpants, or opened blind boxes.

Return Process

  Contact the Mothership

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item didn't meet your expectations for weirdness.

• 2.
  Prepare the Specimen

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it survives the journey back to our warehouse without any extra dents or dings.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our headquarters in Seattle.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
